Product DescriptionUltramatt, decorative paint for walls, ceilings and furniture. Produces a surface with a vibrant, textured finish. Recommended for surfaces with normal functional requirements that are exposed to moderate dirt and wear and tear. Better dirt-resistant properties and improved durability are the result when using DETALE Topcoat. Furniture should also be finished with a suitable varnish.

UsageLiving rooms, entrances, offices, business premises, clinics, shops, hotels and restaurants.
Concrete, light concrete, plaster, brick, gypsum board and previously painted surfaces.
SubstrateMust be clean, dry, firm and suitable for surface treatment.
TreatmentRemove loose material and paint by cleaning, sanding and dusting.
Remove dirt, grime, grease and flaking material by cleaning thoroughly.
Hard, smooth substrates should be sanded to a matt finish and painted with primer.
Cracks, unevenness and holes must be filled.
Absorbent and porous substrates can be primed with a basic primer.
Apply 2 times. Intermediate sanding of transitions and edges before final application.
Finish if needed using DETALE Topcoat.
ApplicationApply using a roller, asymmetrically, evenly and in ample quantity.
Work the surface using a spatula or brush.
Decide your choice of tools based on the size of the surface finish requirements.
Apply wet on wet, minimise visible stains and transitions.
Cold/heat can affect the viscosity of the material.
Avoid condensation formation.
Cold and increased humidity extends drying time, full curing and recoating interval.
Increased temperature and low atmospheric humidity reduce drying time and full curing.
Always test for control and acceptance of adhesion and result.
Good to knowThe effect is produced from the way it is rolled and filled.
Be sure to apply filler in soft arches and avoid applying in the same direction.
When applied with a brush the effect that emerges is from the way the wall is made.
We recommend brushing in soft, curved motions or in short, cross strokes.
Environmental informationClean off the paint from tools and wash them with water. Bring remains of fluent paint to the local recycling centre. Minimize your paint waste by pre-estimating how much paint you need. Keep the leftover paint for future use so you can effectively reduce the environmental impact.
